These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YXBOILER website and the purchase of industrial boilers, pressure vessels, and related equipment from Henan Yongxing Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. (operating globally as YXBOILER). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
YXBOILER is a professional industrial boiler manufacturer and pressure vessel supplier based in Taikang County, Henan Province, China. Established in 1983, YXBOILER holds a Class A Boiler Manufacturing License and international certifications including ASME, CE, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
Our product range includes Electric Steam Boilers, Oil & Gas Fired Boilers, Biomass Coal Fired Boilers, Thermal Oil Boilers, Hot Water Boilers, and a wide range of Pressure Vessels & Reactors.
2.1. All quotations provided by YXBOILER are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2.2. Prices quoted by YXBOILER are on a FOB (Free On Board) basis unless CIF, CNF, or EXW terms are explicitly agreed upon in the sales contract.
2.3. YXBOILER reserves the right to adjust prices based on raw material cost fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or updates to product specifications requested by the buyer.
2.4. Final pricing for all YXBOILER products shall be determined by the signed sales contract between the buyer and YXBOILER. Website prices are for reference only and may not reflect current market rates.
2.5. For customized YXBOILER boilers or pressure vessels requiring ODM/OEM specifications, pricing will be calculated based on engineering requirements and production complexity.
3.1. All orders with YXBOILER must be confirmed through a formal Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice (PI) signed by both parties.
3.2. Standard payment terms for YXBOILER orders:
3.3. YXBOILER will commence production only after receiving the deposit payment. Production lead time begins from the date of deposit receipt.
3.4. For boiler accessories and spare parts orders, YXBOILER may require 100% advance payment for orders under USD 5,000.
4.1. Standard YXBOILER products:
4.2. Customized or non-standard YXBOILER products: 30–60 working days, as specified in the sales contract.
4.3. YXBOILER is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or raw material shortages.
5.1. All YXBOILER products undergo a rigorous 7-step quality inspection process before shipment, including material inspection, welding procedure qualification, NDT testing, hydrostatic testing, and final inspection.
5.2. Buyers or their authorized representatives are welcome to conduct pre-shipment inspections at the YXBOILER factory in Taikang, Henan, China. Please coordinate inspection schedules with your YXBOILER sales representative at least 7 days in advance.
5.3. YXBOILER provides the following documentation with every shipment:
6.1. YXBOILER ships products from the nearest Chinese port (typically Shanghai, Qingdao, or Tianjin) based on the agreed shipping terms.
6.2. Shipping terms: FOB, CIF, CNF, or EXW as specified in the sales contract. YXBOILER is responsible for export customs clearance; the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and duties at the destination.
6.3. YXBOILER will notify the buyer of the estimated shipping date and provide tracking information upon vessel departure.
6.4. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded on board the vessel at the port of shipment (FOB terms) or delivered to the agreed destination (CIF terms).

7.5. YXBOILER can dispatch an installation team for on-site commissioning worldwide. Travel expenses, accommodation, and daily allowances are borne by the buyer.
8.1. Due to the customized nature of YXBOILER products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product fails to meet the specifications agreed in the sales contract.
8.2. If a YXBOILER product is found to be defective during the warranty period, YXBOILER will, at its discretion:
8.3. Claims must be submitted to YXBOILER in writing within 7 days of discovering the defect, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
9.1. All content on the YXBOILER website, including text, images, product descriptions, technical drawings, and logos, is the intellectual property of YXBOILER (Yongxing Boiler Group) and is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws.
9.2. No part of the YXBOILER website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent from YXBOILER.
9.3. The YXBOILER brand name, logo, and trademarks are registered intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10.1. YXBOILER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
10.2. YXBOILER's total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products in question.
10.3. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that YXBOILER products comply with local regulations, codes, and standards at the installation site.
11.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
11.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
11.3. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing, China, in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
11.4. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
